Privacy Policy

1. Information handled on your device

The App provides stylish text, keyboard themes, photo backgrounds, emojis, symbols, favourites and saved replies.

The App processes the following information locally to provide these features:

• Text you enter into the keyboard or text editor.
• Clipboard content you choose to paste.
• Photos you select for keyboard backgrounds.
• Replies, favourites and other content you choose to save.
• Keyboard settings, theme preferences and recently used styles.

We do not operate a backend that receives this content. You do not need to create an account to use the App.

2. Keyboard input

The keyboard processes your input on your device to insert text, apply supported text styles and perform typing actions.

We do not transmit your keystrokes, messages, passwords or other typed content to Codemicros or advertising and analytics providers. The App does not maintain a general log of everything you type.

Content you deliberately save, such as a saved reply, remains stored locally until you remove it or clear the App’s data.

When you use the keyboard inside another app, the text you enter is provided to that app. Its handling of your text is governed by its own privacy policy.

3. Clipboard access

The App accesses clipboard content when you use a paste or similar clipboard feature. It does not continuously monitor your clipboard or upload clipboard content.

When you copy styled text, the App places it on the system clipboard. Clipboard retention and access by other apps depend on your operating system and device settings.

4. Photos and keyboard backgrounds

When you choose a photo background, the App accesses the image you select through the device’s photo or file-selection interface. Depending on your device, a permission prompt may appear.

The selected image, or a processed copy, may be stored locally so the App and keyboard can display your background. It is not uploaded to our servers or used for advertising.

Removing the App’s copy does not delete the original image from your photo library. Revoking photo permission may not remove a copy that you previously imported.

5. Keyboard activation and permissions

You choose whether to enable and use the keyboard in your device settings. You can switch keyboards or disable this keyboard at any time.

Your operating system may display a standard warning explaining the capabilities of third-party keyboards. Our handling of keyboard information is described in this policy.

On iOS, any request to enable “Allow Full Access” must be considered separately from installing the App. Where enabled, it does not change our commitment not to transmit your typed content. Local sharing between the main App and keyboard extension may be used to make your selected themes, photos and saved preferences available to the keyboard.

6. Internet connections and external services

The App’s core text-styling and keyboard-personalisation features work locally.

Checking for updates, opening a store page, visiting an external link or contacting support may require an internet connection. Services handling those requests may receive standard connection information, such as your IP address and device or request details, under their own privacy policies.

Your typed text, saved replies, clipboard content and keyboard background photos are not included in update checks.

The current version does not include advertising, third-party behavioural analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.

Google Play, Apple and your operating system may independently process installation, diagnostic or usage information according to your platform settings and their privacy policies.

7. Sharing and backups

We do not sell or rent your personal information or share keyboard content for advertising.

When you choose to share text or export a backup, the selected content is passed to the app, service or storage location you choose. That recipient’s privacy policy applies.

Exported files may contain your saved content and preferences. Keep them in a location you trust.

Device-level backup services may also retain eligible App data depending on your operating system, settings and the App’s backup configuration. Those backups are controlled by the relevant platform provider.

8. Support enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue.

Support messages are handled through our email provider. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive keyboard content.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain necessary support records or meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion.

9. Retention and deletion

Locally saved content remains on your device until you delete it, reset the App’s data or remove the App.

You can use available in-app controls to remove saved items and reset preferences. On Android, you can also clear the App’s storage through system settings. On iOS, delete the App rather than offloading it if you intend to remove its local data.

Exported files, content shared with other apps, original gallery photos and device backups must be deleted separately from their respective locations. Backup restoration may restore previously saved data.

We cannot remotely access or delete content stored only on your device. There is no App account to delete.

10. Security

The App uses the storage protections provided by Android and iOS for its local data. Access also depends on the security of your device and any backups or exported files you create.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device with an appropriate screen lock and keep its operating system updated.

11. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support message, contact codemicros@gmail.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Your choices and privacy requests

You can stop using the keyboard, revoke permissions, delete locally saved content or uninstall the App.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We can act only on information we actually hold, such as support correspondence.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features or data-handling practices change. We will publish the revised policy and update its effective date.

Where required, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent before introducing new data uses.
